The event will begin at 6:30 with a presentation on the importance of green initiatives in child care centers by Jenni and Kendra, with an overview of the NGSC Pre-K Certification program and teacher training that Scribbles is currently implementing concluding with a question and answer session for staff and parents. The presentation will be followed by an open house at 7:15pm to introduce the public to Scribbles’ program and a VIP Card Sale to raise funds for a their new composting system! I know that we have not been too good about keeping things update on the site, but we will blame it on the businesses “honeymoon” period. :) We have had so much to do and so much change it has been a real task figuring out how to balance it all. Fortunately, we are there. Everything is going well, we are moving forward in all of our endeavors and we hope that all our hard work is really making a difference. Be sure to keep an eye out for more info from myself, as well as Kendra (and maybe even a few new voices!) and as always, please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or comments!
